Eliminate
Degreasing Operations
When manufacturing brass
horns and trombones through tube and draw
operations with an oil, a degreasing operation
was needed to clean the precious metals.
The cost of this operation was expensive
and time consuming. Metal Mates introduced
CB-30 Lubricant for verification in forming
first, then passed quality assurance with
an aqueous washer (before polishing) for
the first time. Within a month, this manufacturer
changed over to Metal Mates and eliminated
the costly degreasing operation.
